WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO
I first made these Puppy Pouches for my Chinese Crested puppy and 2 chihuahua puppies. They thought they were in snuggle heaven!! Each dog had their very own Puppy Pouch to feel safe in. I have been HAND MAKING the Puppy Pouches for years; custom orders, and flea markets in my area.
I read about another Hairless Chinese Crested, a precious Albino boy. This poor baby is very ill and needs to get to a specialist for his swallowing/choking issues. His medical bills are almost that of a sick human child and his Mom and Dad have spent all of their life savings, to save his life.
It is with him in mind that I made the decision to offer these Puppy Pouches to you.
After talking with so many people, I made the decision to branch out into making shirts and jammies as well. I never knew there was such a demand for such items.
My goal is keep every dog warm. No dog should be cold in the fall and winter months.

Do you provide International delivery?
I can ship outside of the US of A, and the Customer's request and expense. I will do my best to find the least expensive shipping rate possible.
What is your returns policy?
.You have 24 hours from day of receipt to contact me regarding damaged goods.
Unless the item is damaged, I do not accept returns. If item is damaged, we can discuss replacement or store credit only. No refunds
How do I track my order?
Once I print your shipping label out, I will e-mail you your tracking information. Please give it 24 hours to show up.
What are your delivery options?
I generally ship USPS Prioirty Mail. You should receive your item/s within 7-10 business from the time you receive your tracking information.
If you need your item sooner, please contact me directly. I can provide you with shipping rates so you will receive your item in the time frame desired.
