Lovely Spring and Summer colors.  It all depends on the light that hits this wreath.  In this picture you see more light greensh / yellowish.  At night time with indoor lights on, you see more of the blue.  
 
Oh but wait, there IS more.  Daytime afternoon, early evening natural light, this wreath takes on an ocean type blue.
